Our fans have been meticulously engineered to be incredibly beautiful and durable.

We have tested them over and over again to withstand impact and can take multiple 8 foot falls to concrete without cracking. We have improved the design and the printing process over and over again. We have put a lot of love into them. We also do after care after they're printed like, finishing all the fans by annealing them in an oven to increase strength and temperature resistance and hand smoothing out all the details for a super smooth edges all over. We also use a special hi temp capable black or white plastic in the center of the fans that can withstand hot car interiors and the blazing direct sun without warping unlike most other 3D printed props. We just want to make the absolute best 3D printed props we can and we will guarantee that you'll be happy with our products.

We love 3D printing because it is the one of the most eco conscious choices in the plastic manufacturing world. PLA, the plastic we're using in these fans, is made from various plants such as corn. Not fossil fuels. Another reason 3D printing is eco friendly is because there is reduced waste compared to other prop manufacturing techniques. Subtractive manufacturing, (CNC routed, the solid white plastic) props are produced from fossil fuel based plastics, and the manufacturing process generates nearly three times more plastic waste by weight than the usable product from all the wasted plastic chips from the cutting process. With the amount of plastic wasted today, it's insane we still manufacture things that way. Additive manufacturing (3D printing) is a much less wasteful manufacturing method by it's nature. Not to mention these fans are semi-hollow, reducing the required plastic even further without compromising strength. Typical PLA is even mostly biodegradable in industrial composting facilities. All this makes 3D printing the more eco friendly choice for plastic flow props.
